MANZOOR HUSSAIN ABBASI #1
A gentle man who is famous as Manzoor Abbasi and popular as Abbasi sahib, was born in the house of Ustad Muhammad Mithal Khan Kalhoro (an education Inspector of defunct Khyrpur State)son of Wadero Sultan Ali Khan Kalhoro son of Wadero Nabi Ando Khan son of Wadero Allahdad Khan son of Wadero Abdul Ghafoor Khan Kalhoro of Tagro, Ripri, taluka Gambat, District Khairpur, on the 1st of January 1962 at village Tagro, Ripri.
He is a genius, active, generous, liberal and obedient one since birth.
He used to play volley ball.
He was fond off horse riding in his young age.
His political back ground is that his grandfather Wadero Sultan Ali Khan son of Wadero Nabi Aando Khan Kalhoro got highest votes in 1952′s local body election held at Baharo dero. His father Ustad Inspector Muhammad Mithal Khan Kalhoro defeated Shah Muhammad Khuhro in 1979′s local body election and became the member of District Council Khairpur as well as taluka Council Gambat. His elder brother Wadero Akhtar Hussain Kalhoro had been member Taluka Municipal Administration Gambat in 2001 then in 2005 local body election he succeeded with the lead of 400 votes as 1st elected Nazim of Union Council Ripri as well as member District Council Khairpur in 2005.
His education back ground is that he passed his primary education from Govt. Primary School Ripri in 1971, passed his secondary education/ Matriculation from Govt. Murad High School Gambat in 1976, passed B.A. from Govt. Mumtaz College, Khairpur and M.A. (Economics) from University of Sindh, Jamshoro.
He started his government service career as an Education Supervisor in 1987 in Nai Roshni programme then re-appointed as PRO in transport department government of Sindh in 1988 then converted/ appointed as grade-17 Officer in Sindh Local Govt. department in 1991.
He married in 1991 and blessed with 03 siblings 1. Urooba Manzoor 2. Muhammad Zain Manzoor 3. Muhammad Zaid Manzoor (a younger and active).
He has served as Chief Officer, Secretary, TMO and Administrator too and he has served at Taluka Municipality Tando Allahyar, Taluka Municipality Dadu, Taluka Municipality Thatta, UC Bolharri, UC Dhabeji, UC Landhi, UC Darsanno Chhano, District Council Khairpur, Taluka Municipality Mirpur Mathelo, Town Municipal Administration Bin Qasim, Town Municipal Administration Gaddap, Town Municipal Administration Mirpur Sakro, District Council Thatta etc.
Moreover, he is the Chairman of Abbasi Kalhora Tanzeem Sindh, Karachi Zone.
