DR. MUSTAFA KALHORO

A boy later on famous with the name of Dr. Mustafa Hussain Kalhoro, Taagrraai, who was born in the house of Ustad Muhammad Mithal Khan Kalhoro an education Inspector of Khyrpur state, sindh Pakistan son of wadero Sultan Ali Khan Kalhoro son of wadero Nabi Aando Khan Kalhoro son of Wadero Allahdad Khan Kalhoro son of Wadero Abdul Ghaffoor Khan Kalhoro of Tagro Ripri, taluka Gambat, District Khairpur, on 1st of May 1974 at Tagro. He completed his primary education from Government Primary School, Ripri in 1982 and matriculated from Government High School Ripri in 1987. Passed Inermediate from Govt. Science College, Gambat in 1989. Passed B.Sc from Govt. Superior Science College, Khairpur in 1992. Passed M.A (Economics) and LL.B from Shah Latif University Khairpur, Sindh. Passed LL.M/ M.Phil from University of Karachi and also successfully qualified Ph.D (Sociology/Criminology) from University of Karachi in 2008 with the topic of “THE SOCIO ECONIMIC PROBLEMS OF TRAINEE POLICE PERSONNE OF SINDH”. He has 03 brothers namely 1. Akhtar Husain Kalhoro (Nazim UC Ripri) 2. Niaz Husain Abbasi (District Manager HBFC Sakhar) 3. Manzoor Husain Abbasi (Administrator Thatta) He was married on 11.11.1994, he has seven siblings namely 1. Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Mustafa 2.Bibi Safia Mustafa 3. Bibi Hafsa Mustafa alias Aazadi 4. Muhammad Huzaifa Mustafa 5. Muhammad Umar Mustafa alias Muhammad Hamza Mustafa 6. Bibi Maimoona Mustafa (later on left this world) 7. Bibi Kulsoom Mustafa 8. Muhammad Hanzila Mustafa. He has written and got published 10 Books by Ripri Adabi Academy Sindh on the various topics their names are 1. Ma`aloomat e Mustafa 2. Sada Hayat 3. Rat ji Rehann 4. Khairpur ja Khan Kalhora (Wadero Sultan Ali Khan Kalhoro) 5. Ustad Muhammad Mithal Khan Kalhoro 6. Kalaam (Mian Faiz Muhammad Abbasi) 7. Hajj jo Safar (a journey to perform Hajj in 1955-1998) 8. Tareekh Ripri (History of Ripri) 9. Misfallah jo Mujahid 10. Ustad Asmatullah Mahessar and many are un published books. He is one of the famous short story writers. One of his popular short story is “La waris”

and so many other short stories are famous. He has written many research Articles like 1. Business of Silver Key in Pakistan 2. Kalhorrki 3. Dewar e Sindh Ranikot 4. Socio-economic problems of Police cause of Crime. and much more others. He is also a drama writer, his famous drama was “Allah jo Mannhoon” and many others. He has affiliation with many social and welfare organizations and associations like 1. Ripri Adabi Academy Sindh. 2. Pakistan Sociological Association 3. International Police Association 4. Shah Sachal Sami Art and welfare association, Malir 5. Pakistan Arts Council, Karachi 6. Fire protection association. He had been honorary Chief Editor of “Awaz e Kalhora” newspaper, Lok Magazine, Ripri Newspaper and “Abbasi News” publishing in three languages and Sub Editor of weekly Shamsheer and Azadi. His favorite games are Cricket, Badminton, Table Tennis, Border to Border. He can ride and drive Horse, Bicycle, Motorcycle, Car, Jeep and Tractor too. He had been a Shaheen Scout since 1982 and attended 10th Jambhori Scouting in 1985 in Lahore and in 1987 a Campori scouting in Naz High School Khairpur Sindh.

Besides, he is monitory secretary to Abbasi Kalhoro Tanzeem Sindh, Karachi Zone.

Professionally, he had been, Station House Officer, Station Investigation Officer, Incharge Monitoring Cell, Incharge PCA, NAB Sindh, Town Investigation Officer, Gadap Karachi, Incharge District CIA, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Establishment, Tracker Monitoring System, Legal Officer, Welfare Officer etc in the various parts of Sindh.

He has also served out of country. He has qualified/ participated in many foreign courses.

Basically, he is a literary person, social and straight forward one. Obviously, he is trustworthy, honest and upright personality.

He is tourist, his social contacts are from Karachi to Kashmir, from Sukkur to Skardu, from Moen jo Daro to Murree, from Kallat to Kalam, from Naudero to Naran, from Khairpur to Mirpur also foreign contacts are from Manchester U.K to Dallas USA etc.
